A:  The staff at Custom Made Publications can design unique, one-of-a-kind products that are catered to the needs of the customer.

Q:  Will the company provide initial consultation time?          

A:  Custom Made Publication will provide an initial 30-45 minute consultation free of charge.

Q:  Is there a charge for design and setup?    

A:  Yes, depending on the service requested, it could range from $15.00 to $25.00.

Q:  Is shipping free?

A:  Yes, shipping is free for all orders of $25.00 or more.

Q:  What is the turn around time for bookmarks with a picture?

A:  Depending on how soon I receive the picture and other particulars, the turn around time could be within one week or sooner.

Q:  Can I review my product before I purchase?

A:  Absolutely. Arrangements can be made to view a draft either in person or electronically just to make sure our customer is happy with the pending final product. It's a good idea just in case there are any changes.

Q:  Can you design business cards that are unique to my specific industry?

A:   Business cards can be designed and approved to the customer's utmost satisfaction.

Q:  Can Custom Made Publications critique and produce personal biographies and professional resumes?

A:  We pride ourselves in making sure that your biography and resume are professional looking and contains pertinent and important information.
